The Head-Royce boys varsity basketball team rolled past College Prep 75-52 on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024, moving to 27-2 on the season.
The Jayhawks led 36-24 at halftime. The biggest run of the night was a Head-Royce 18-0 run.
Johnny Williams had 24 pts, 5 reb, 2 ast, 3 stl; Marcel Pierre-Louis had 9 pts, 8 reb, 4 ast; and Marcus Lefkovits had 9 pts, 3 reb, 2 stl, 2 blk for Head-Royce.
Head-Royce shot 38.9 percent from the field (28-72) and 12-19 from the line, with 43 rebounds, 21 assists and 14 steals. College Prep shot 34.7 percent and turned it over 10 times.
